My phone keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi randomly. How do I fix it?

Every few minutes my Android phone disconnects from my Wi-Fi network and reconnects again. It’s really annoying. I’ve tried restarting the router and phone. What else should I check?

Try forgetting the network and reconnecting. Also, turn off "Wi-Fi optimization" in your Android settings. That can cause frequent drops.

Check if the router has too many devices connected. Restart your router or update your phone’s firmware if the issue continues.

If nothing else works, try setting a static IP for your Wi-Fi in phone settings. Sometimes DHCP issues cause this.
